Yipppeeee! So excited to have this Anne of Green Gables wedding inspiration shoot posted on one of my absolute favourite wedding blogs, Green Wedding Shoes! Stage Right Etc and I joined forces for this collaboration and man was it fun! I had chosen to do these two’s engagement session in a big field with tall grass but we arrived at the location to find freshly mowed! In my head I was like, “Ohhhh nooooo!” But then I spotted a neat tree in the distance and I said, “Let’s head over there guys!” Behind the tree, hidden from view, was a gorgeous meadow! I was pretty ecstatic; practically bouncing up and down (it’s hard to find meadows in Kelowna). I love when life throws neat little surprises like that your way. Anyways, enough of my random behind-the-scenes story – let’s get to the good stuff!
These two are adorable together. They were so natural in front of the camera that it was an absolute pleasure to capture them. You can tell they adore each other. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding next year at Summerhill Pyramid Winery!
