Jessica and Owen are such a down-to-earth, lighthearted couple. They know how to laugh and enjoy the moment. I had so much fun capturing their big day. It was such a beautiful sunny day for a wedding at Summerhill Pyramid Winery!  Jessica and Owen had their ceremony and reception on the top floor patio and dining room at Summerhill Pyramid Winery and it made for a really intimate and cozy atmosphere. Stage Right Etc worked their magic and I loved, I mean LOVED, the decor they did for this wedding. Every inch was gorgeous!

Jessica and Owen’s family and friends were a tight-knit group and the whole day was full of love and laughter. They were all so welcoming and inclusive to me and my assistant Carley. It was so fun watching their slideshow and seeing all of the adventures these two have already had together. I know they have many more to come! Congrats again you two!

Because we did Jessica and Owen’s wedding party photos before the ceremony, we arranged a “First Look” so they could still have that special first glimpse of each other. : )

Spirit Ridge Winery in Osoyoos BC is one of my favourite Okanagan venues. It’s a stunning spot with so many great backdrops for photos as well as a great reception venue on the restaurant balcony where everyone can enjoy the sunset slowly setting behind them (this makes for awesome reception photos as well). So it’s no wonder that Courtney and Mick decided to come from Fort Langely to have their wedding at Spirit Ridge Winery!

I laughed so much with this wedding party! Everyone was all smiles and jokes, making me and my second shooter Carley’s, job easy and fun. : ) Courtney and Mick are both so sweet and an all around awesome couple. Huge congrats!!

This little cutie is SO loved by her family. Carley and I couldn’t take our eyes off her adorableness! She loved Carley and kept trying to take her away from photographing to play with her. hehe.During a speech/slideshow for Courtney, her sisters pulled out several onesies that Courtney had given her niece with slogans like, “I love my aunt,” and “My aunt rules!” hahaha – love it.LOL
